Pineapple Fruit Fly Trap, Decorative Reusable Kitchen Gnat Catcher

A cheerful pineapple that quietly takes care of fruit flies. This decorative fruit fly trap sits on your counter next to the fruit bowl, and the funnel crown lets flies in while making it hard for them to find their way back out.

★ BAIT RECIPE (for this size)
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp warm water
½ tsp sugar
1 small drop of dish soap

Stir until the sugar dissolves. This fills the bottom about 1 inch deep, which is all you need. Keep the liquid below the tip of the funnel so flies can get in. The dish soap breaks the surface tension so flies sink instead of landing on top.
Tip: a small piece of very ripe fruit or a splash of red wine makes the bait even stronger.

★ HOW IT WORKS
1. Unscrew the crown lid.
2. Pour in the bait recipe above.
3. Screw the lid back on and place it near your fruit.
4. Flies follow the scent through the funnel and get trapped in the liquid.
5. Every 5–7 days (or when it's full), empty, rinse and refill.
